I made this as part of a Steampunk out fit, inspired by the coloration of the Transformer, Vector Prime, from Transformers: Cybertron. It will also double for when I feel like dressing up a bit. I ended up not using the flaps and adjustment straps, but I like the look of it anyways.
Polyester blend, sari fabric, clock face buttons, cotton thread

Wow- I love this! Great work – mind if I copy the idea? I would love to add some steampunk style to my wardrobe but I’m not game to go all out :)

Go ahead. Most of my steampunk outfit, when I get around to making the main parts, are pieces that will also do double-duty for interviews and more dressy events… :3
