Scraps just under 1 meter having their own effect, for large to small, very small for a shame to cut into the bag and they do not come anyway. Already some time in the winter, I was browsing the shirt “Genoa” in schnittquelle.de. A little submarine and yet ‘down ward’ not like a box, but with a nice form for adult women. From my summer flowers still a vestige was left, but unfortunately so little that I had to try to think of what’s shoulder. The fabric was so scarce that I like the raglan cut had there and also on the back. Over his shoulder I have constructed a continuous part of the cuttings themselves. The result is a brightly colored shirt. The red skirt is a gored skirt from an old Burda and fed.
The ‘purple milka’ checkered shirt / top / blouses is an experiment.
First is the stuff from the scrap bin of a decoration shop for 3 € (box stood at the door, something is very ‘bad’ for me, like a giant magnet) → once used in the fabric: silk! Must.
Second This section of ‘Genoa’ is cut at this shirt on the bias. Plus 1.5 cm (better safe) or added on fold. From the remaining rests I’ve sewn flowers, which are used according to your mood or not. Colorful accents are still other flowers, depending on the occasion, or matching shoes.
The edges are piped with diagonal stripes.
The belt is a Kunstleder’experiment ’, about 2.20 m long. The tube sewn stitched and then more or less continuously.
Jersey, Seide, Kunstleder
