this is buttericks 6582 retro dress from the 60’s. i love all things vintage and fell in love with this pattern as soon as i saw it!!! it appeals to me as its a sassy wiggle kinda dress lol. i made version a and i’m thrilled with my bow’s. i’m temped to make version c as i’ve a gorgeous one way stretch black sparkle suiting fabric that would look fab with all the dart details? i.ve never worn anything with a wide skirt so it would be an experience?? . i cut the fabric the opposite way as i preferred the darker grey round the middle..the fabric was edged with the stripes which i used for the bows. it’s actually supposed to be calf length and i had the stripes on the bottom!1 it was lovely but i did’nt like the length on me..its a beautiful soft fabric and for a tenner i’ve enough left for a halter dress x
