This dress was made for a friend that doesn’t dress up very often so I wanted it to be comfortable but also very unique since she was wearing it to her own birthday party. For that reason, I choose a bold fabric and a retro dress pattern (although, the pattern was actually from Hillary Duff’s line if you can believe it).
The Collar was the hardest part.
I used the leftover material to make a belt and headband.
