I made this outfit for a friend who opens a cafeteria soon. So this will be her working outfit. It cosists of blouse, skirt and underskirt.
The skirt pattern is from Burda 6/2001, the blouse is based on the “Dress with a Peter Pan collar and pintucks” http://www.burdastyle.com/pattern_store/patterns/102011-dress-with-peter-pan-collar-and-pin-tucks ‘, but I didn’t do the pintucks nor the collar and made a yoke.

Thank you! I gathered it in the curved places (very close to the edge) and then steam-ironed.
