Burda Style For people who sew
Description
My little sister asked for a skirt that had to be:
- pratical and long lasting
- adapt (also) for the “50’s festival” that takes place each summer in the nearby.
I cut and sew an half circle skirt in dark denim and – to complete the said 50’s look – a detachable petticoat (underskirt) in peach pink chiffon.
The petticoat has no zipper, just a scarf cut and sew as waistband.
