Got the pattern from a Japanese sewing book. It’s a sleeveless, v-neck, elastic waisted, knee-length dress. I think it can be worn all year round. In the winter I wear a long-sleeved shirt underneath and fun tights.

unfortunately I can’t read it: http://www.flickr.com/photos/skg/3627109428/in/set-72157619663635121/
I got it at Kinokuniya bookstore in Manhattan.
I believe there is an English version of it now: http://www.amazon.com/Linen-Wool-Cotton-Projects-Natural/dp/1590306481 but the projects are slightly different so I’m not sure if the dress is in this one. Good luck!
