Description

I bought this old chair many years ago at a yard sale for $2.00. The upholstery was in bad shape. It is stuffed with straw like materials. So, I recovered it. I wanted something vibrant and loud, so I wen’t with this red and white outdoor fabric from Hancock’s. This is not a profesional job, but I think it came out pretty good.

OOooh I love this so much, it was definitely worth the $2! You should create a little how to on this cause I know I’m hoping to try this soon, and you did so well!

I would, but I didn’t really have a plan, I just nipped and tucked, lol. I sewed the back top and that was it, the rest was donr with a stapler. Thanks for the lovely comment.

Wow! That chair looks like it cost a lot of money! The classic fabric really makes it look expensive – go you!

If you sew and use patterns and all, than you should be fine. It really takes a crafty eye to cut the fabric and all.
