My friend gave me a dress and top she didn’t wear anymore and I felt like the dress needed an update, not to mention lengthening. I almost flashed when trying it on!
So using the top I came up with my project.
I forgot to take a picture of the top but it was kinda trapeze top… is that right word? Well I used the bottom and attached it to the hem which was really quick then I took off the buttons, and replaced them with buttons I had covered using the fabric from the top.
It wasn’t a from scratch dress but I like it so I am sharing it.
Ciao for now
