Yet another project awaiting more (better) images and step by step instructions for what is a super easy project. I get comments on this skirt all the time and – best yet – it helped preserve two articles of clothing that I loved but that were going the way of deterioration.
This photo was taken at the dollar store in Seaside, OR. I am modeling the underwear and headband which I understand obscures the skirt but promise to reveal it once I have the moxie in me to get my instructions pulled together. Let this stand as my placemarker and motivation.
