I altered the neckline and sleeves of this thrifted dress. The original neckline was way too high and the sleeves too long. I made bias tape from part of the lopped of sleeves to finish the new edges of the sleeves, and used contrasting bias tape to finish the new neckline.

The fit is so flattering on you! I’m usually not one for bigger sleeves (as I have broad shoulders) but I don’t think it could suit you any better than it does!
