Description

My brother gave me this bright yellow shirt that was too big for me, so I converted it into a batwing top. I used the free pattern for a batwing shirt on burdastyle. I cut off the shirt collar, shoulder seam and sides. Make sure to fold your shirt in half. Then, I copied line from pattern to shirt freehand (alot of guestimation..lol). Finally, a simple straight stitch.

You’re so right!!! My friends couldn’t tell that I refashioned this top. I can’t wait to see how you interpret the batwing top.

These recycled old stuff clothes often look a bit strange but this is really cool! Maybe I should have a look through my boyfriends wardrobe… :-)
