Unfortunately my daughter never got a chance to meet my mom because she passed away a year before I had her. I wanted to make something for my daughter that was my moms so as to have a part of her grandma with her. No pattern was used since it was so simple I could just cut away. The end result is turning one of my favorite tops of hers into a skirt. Also got to use some of my grandmas old lace trimming scraps so its pretty much incorporated 4 generations
Lightweight cotton and lace trimmings. Fabric covered buttons that were already on the shirt
