This was based on Jacci Jaye’s Corset Pattern (without boning).
I made this because I like corsets and i play violin.

Thank you! I think upcycling materials is a great way how to learn sew. I saw your finished corset and it looks very very nice! And now we both can try to make some serious corsets with boning etc. :)

was it hard to do? I see you said that this if you first serious project and I always thought that it took a lot of experience and skills to make a corset. It turned out great and it’s a perfect idea with the violin!

Thanks! I was strictly following those instructions and I was doing eveything very precisely (as much as was possible). It was hard work bud so lot of FUN! :) I wish you lucky sewing and endless inspiration!

Thanks! That zipper is from old hoodie and that white linen from old blanket. It is a recycled corset :D
