I have a beautiful book about corsets which is where I saw this stitching detail. Originally it would be to hold the bones in place in the good old days of tightlacing :D

This is gorgeous. I love the flossing. Can I ask which book it was that you got your inspiration from? I would love to have a go at flossing but my handwork is so poor I am terrified to give it a go. :) xx

I remember the days I had a waist as small as that. I think I was one size up and down. No bust hips nor thighs! Haha but that was before 4 children. Beautiful corset.

Beautiful corset!! Your waist is sooo tiny. Is this due to the use of the corset?

It’s small anyway, but the corset is taking off a few more inches :)
