I found these great instructions for making your own ribbon woven headband (http://sgtg5.7gbma.servertrust.com/v/vspfiles/ribbon-woven-headbands.html). There is no sewing involved but I thought other sewers might like this craft too. Each headband only took me an hour to finish! They are so fun and spirited. They’ll make great, easy gifts.
plastic headband, 3/8" grosgrain ribbon (3-4 colors), hot glue gun, lighter to heat seal ribbon ends, hair clips to hold weave tight until finished

We are so impressed! You did a nice job. Oma wants one too and says you should make more of them for when you go back to school. Everyone will want one. :) You are an inspiration!
