There was a big sticker on the fabric that I hadn’t noticed when sewing this that I couldn’t get off, so I ended up having to hem this really high. It’s too short for me to really wear without trousers on underneath but there you go. Also, the thing about the tight sleeves on this pattern is true.
Still, I like the general outcome.
Striped grey suiting. It’s a bit itchy but Looks nice.

Thank you for posting your built by Wendy dress… I made the same one but has someof the same issues you did. I am tiny, and as a rule, most patterns need to be taken down 1 -3 sizes so I don’t look I am swimming. I didn’t bother measureing, and Wendy’s patterns are actually sized to be fitted, not to have a ton of ease. I had to leave off the collar, which honestly turnsthe dress from cute to stylish… I rebought the pattern to start over, and your dress has been inspirational, thanks! :)
