As I’d like to have everything in my wardrobe made by myself, I need some simple and comfortable tops.
Here are two of that kind!
One is a little loose with pleats around the neckline, very comfy, the second one is tighter.
Actually, I wanted to make a cowl neck, but I made mistakes and it ended up like that.
Some hand-sewing was necessary for the finitions, as I don’t have an overlocker…
I drafted the patterns, with the help of this technique (for the pleats) and a pattern-making website (for the sleeves) for the black and red one.
Sorry for the poor quality of the pictures, but I’m fed up with waiting my boyfriend to be available for this!

Do you remember the pattern making website you used to draft the sleeves? hopefully I could translate it if it is not in english.

They are lovely! I am coveting the one with the red tie. If only I was brave enough to draft my own pattern. May be one day. So congratulations to you for both the tops and designing your own.

Thank you! You know, it’s really easy with knits to make a top, just copy one of yours and then you can add fancy stuff!

Very cute! I especially like the tie top. Tops are my favorite piece to buy/make for my wardrobe :)
