I spent the christmas holliday this year doing not one, but two Naomi tunics, mainly because I couldn’t decide on which fabric to buy. One is more modest and the other one is… well, a bit crazy.
Both fabrics are from IKEA.

Thanks! I’ve worn the crazy colored one to parties and the white one to work. trying to pluck up the courage to wear the other one to work as well. Come springtime here, and maybe I will.

I absolutely love the second one. Thanks for posting this project, I have been eyeing off Naomi for ages and just can’t decide what fabric to use, I now have some inspiration.

I absolutely love love love that fabric (reminds me of Bhutanese clouds), and the slight stiffness works so well for the kimono design. Thanks for mentioning that you bought it at Ikea, because I just did a search online for my local store and they have it in stock. Great inspiration for my cold Sunday stuck indoors!
