This is another dress that was inspired by an Urban Outfitters dress, I made a couple changes by adding a ruffly bit to the top, making it a bit longer and adding a belt (though one reason I liked this dress was because I thought it’d be tons of fun to play around with different belts with it) I also really wanted to try a circle skirt, which turned out to be super easy and quite fun to spin around in!
