Description

I made this dress from McCalls 4907, a vintage dress pattern from the 1920s. It’s a shift dress with a front yoke, fabric belt, and added drapery.

Material Notes

I used a dotted watermelon pink poly chiffon which I underlined front and back (except for the sleeves), and for the yoke, I used a transparent poly chiffon.

    I can never pull of 1920s looks and now I know why, I just have the wrong body for it. This looks perfect on Cathy. Very nicely done.
