I completely messed this dress up. Instead of putting the casing in the front, I put it on the back. Also, I didn’t sew the actual casing strip straight, as it was angled on the front and back. It didn’t help that I cut the elastic too long. I also put some oddly shaped sleeves on it.

I have made countless blunders throughout my sewing years, thrown away expenisve fabric because I totally botched the job, or because my inspired design was a flop!
