Description

Another Archer button up shirt made using Liberty cotton lawn with a wonderful turtle print.

As ever, this pattern is drafted extremely well and came together beautifully. The fabric really helps!

I only put one pocket on, and also lengthened the sleeves and body length by 2". With hindsight, I might only need 1" extra length on the sleeves. The buttons are from my vintage megastash and the hem is finished with bias tape as I still can’t hem a curve.

More on the blog if you fancy.

Material Notes

Cotton lawn, woven interfacing, shell buttons.

Lovely. Your bias tape curved hem is a nice detail. Your cuffs are well executed and the patterned fabric is very pretty. It seems like a very versatile blouse, could be worn to work or as a sporty touch, or even weekend wear…
