Description
This is a dress I made using part of a vintage blue shirt, and a white, turquoise and black floral poplin. I used the bottom of the shirt to make the accents on the strapless dress I made earlier with the same floral print as the skirt on this dress. So, I decided to make the rest of the shirt into a cute retro style dress. It has a full skirt, shown here without a petticoat underneath.
