Description

I have an old skirt made from stretchy material. I unpicked all the seams and then added lace to the back and front panels to give it a vintage feel. Turned it upside down and sewed it back together again leaving armholes at the top. I didn’t sew the top part together, but instead used eyes & hooks to hold the top together at the shoulders.

I’ve blogged about it in my blog www.greenissuessingapore.blogspot.com
