I finally succumbed to a pattern…although i did amend it slightly from an A-line to a tulip shaped skirt. This was also my first attempt at sewing a zip….and I must admit it wasn’t that hard. I shall no longer fear patterns nor zips!! I think I should have lined this project however, as I was planning on it for autumn/winter but I didnt have any lining and was too impatient to wait until I got some.
Hit the city streets in adventurous looks with utilitarian details like cargo pockets and belts.
