This is Vogue 8792, a close fitting dress, with lined bodice and seam detail. Though made up in my usual size and usual length adjustments, I had to reduce the waist quite a bit. I added the piping, but piping and top stitching together are perhaps just a step too far. The dress is great, lovely and bright for this time of year.
Fabric is cotton poplin with a slight stretch and piping is plain cotton poplin. Dress is lined throughout with cotton lawn. In spite of not being a fan of skin prints, my last two dresses feature them.
