This is a really fun, and easy jersey dress to make. I love the unusual lines around the breast area. Although this project says it is for an intermediate sewer, i believe that a novice sewer with a little experience with gathering, and on a serger could do this dress easily.
I used a jersey fabric from Joann’s Fabrics. I also used a twin needle around the neckline, sleeves, and hem. the rest of the dress I serged.
