I found this fabric and fell in love with the colors! I think it is a wool blend but I threw it in the washer and dryer anyway! It came out fine. This was a long piece that I cut it to around 13 inches, ironed fusi-knit around the bottom and cut out the scallops on the bottom. I made a lining with red no cling polyester. The waist is sewn with elastic thread and stretches from 26 inches to about 40 inches. For contrast I took pictures on two different mannequins.
Wool blend? Polyester
