If u noticing.. this skirt was my malissa dress (the one i submit for the competition). I never like it so.. I took out the top part -leave the skirt part-put elastic then become a swingy skirt. Now I like it moreee…
for the transparant black top.. actually its an elastic lace. I use lidya pattern.
