Same fabric as Bluescarf Pants (given a bolt of the stuff).
Spatter painted hemline w/ orange housepaint and metallic copper acrylic. Stenciled, then hand-detailed ‘TRAJECTORY’ text. Extra orbit-path (get it, trajectory?) decorative stitching around neckline, couple of beads for detail. Circle and target stencils on back.
Contrary to Butterick’s Fashion Express: One Hour Pattern claim, took rather longer to create, on account of having too much fun. And being a perfectionist worrypants.
(re:most of the photos… I’m flyin’! Or perhaps waving. Alternatively, in the second picture, my hands have mysteriously implanted themselves inside me. This could prove inconvenient the next time I need to demonstrate human-kind’s dominance over monkeys.
