I wanted to use some of the small pieces of fabric I had on my stash and wanted them to become something nice so I made this jacket using 70 cm of the blue fabric, some printed cotton from an old project and green taffeta for the lining.
I’m happy with the result though it’s quite small, I’m a 36 burda size and It fits me ok but it’d be better for a 34 person.
the topstitching was a bit time consuming but it made the fabic nicer.
The pattern is my own variation (as I didn’t have enough fabric) of an old spanish burda magazine jacket.
I hope you like it.
Navy blue polyester blend, printed cotton, green taffeta.
