Tops for cruizing # 3 & #4

Chemainus, Canada

I purchased ‘burda 7936’ a few years ago, and always thought it would be a versatile pattern. It was simple to put together and fit. I used a cotton to make it, but I cut it when I was tired, and forgot to watch for the design. Lesson learned; but it is comfortable and cool to wear.

The other top is McCall’s 6604, view C; and I did remember to watch the design on the material when I cut this one! It is made from a 4-way stretch, and very comfortable.

I think sewing some pants that fit is going to be on my ‘to do’ list!

Very nice, I see you are a real expert on tops, two more models and they are so different! The choiice of the fabrics is wonderful. I even don’t know which of them I like better but I’m sure I’d find the occasions to wear the both:-)

Nice tops! And funny to see that we’ve been using the same black-yellow fabric! Cheers!

Aweee, thanks Lili. :-) I feel good when I wear them. Unfortunately we have to start heading home in a couple of days. We will be going from 32+c weather, to 10c and rain storms. Just hoping no snow in the mountains before we cross them!

Both of them are lovely and suit you so well. These type of tops are always good to have inside our wardrobe, they are simple but very easy to go with pants, shorts or skirt. I am also making comfy top for next project:) Wish me luck!
