I refashioned a skirt from a t shirt which I have wanted to do for a long time, I just needed a large enough t shirt to use.
I decided to have pockets on this one so I kept the sleeves. I cut off the neckband, stretched it out and inserted elastic to create the waist. I also cut the sleeve cuffs and sewn the sleeves shut to form the pockets.
