Description

This project is based on pattern #0001 BurdaStyle Special no.5/2013. I bought this print jersey on the internet and I thought this pattern was a perfect choice :) The top has bat-wing sleeves, but I like that it’s well fitted and the bottom of the sleeves are nice too. The belt is very long and I have it three times around the waist – just for decoration :)

Nice top, Ellen, as always! I liked this top in the issue, too. It looks winsome because despite the batwing sleeves, the armhole is not too deep and it looks quite smarty and performs the figure in its best. Great choice. You’re a real expert on choosing top patterns and matching patterns and fabrics:-)

Thanks Oksana! That’s why I like this pattern – it not to big batsleeves.. You are always so kind – thank you very much dear friend! ♥

Oh Ellen – this top is great! I have a pattern for a batwing sleeve top waiting but wasn’t sure wether I should try it or not. Now I just can’t wait to make one. I love how one always finds so much inspiration in this community. Love your sewing projects :)

Great top on you. I have been eyeing this pattern up, but I think you need a figure like yours for it. :-)

It is a great pattern, and I’m sure you will like it – maybe you can cut it a little looser if you like to :)

I like the batwing sleeves and have also made one T-shirt but not presented, a model a little bit different from yours. As usual you have chosen a very nice fabric. I love your T-shirt

Now i love a print fabric and a batwing sleeve on a top. You have combined both ellen and made a fabulous top. I can see you getting lots of wear out of this. I wear mine to death lol. They’re lovely and comfortable. You look great x
