Toile is leftover fabric from my grandmother who recovered her couch with it. Lace and elastic.

hey, this looks really cute. love the added lace, its a great addition. just one question tough. is this skirt quite flairy without the belt [assuming that you are wearing a belt] as i recenlty made a cirle skirt, but i didn’t use elastic, i put a zipper instead, but it came out quite flairy looking which isn’t what i wanted. so yep, basically, is it quite flairy?
