Description
Made from a Simplicity pattern re-purposing a women’s vintage dress (cowboy material) that sat in my closet, unworn but loved, for years, other fabric and felt remnants on hand. First attempt using a yo-yo maker for flowers on halter top with fabric and felt. I’m going to add a blind hem to the short cuffs so the fold is crisp.
