First, print out the Andrew pattern and alter it to fit your size. I added a more fitted curved shape in the body, but I would do even more next time. I also trimmed a decent amount of the sleeves at the top half of the arm, so that the sleeves would look more feminine and fitted. You will also need to cut a 3 yard by 5 inch rectangle for your belt.
