This cami is cut on the bias. It has a band on the bottom and the top of it is finished with a self fabric bias tape – if that makes sense? This fabric is sheer to the extend that you can get away with wearing just a bra under it – or if you want that more solid look you can wear a singlet underneath. It was a bit boxy to start with so I attatched side ties. I have used these as a belt and like the blouse effect I can get. It can be tied at the back for a looser front as well. It has darts in the side. Based on a New Look pattern. I just love clothes that are versatile! Can dressed up or dressed down. You can read more about the construction of this cami at my blog
