Very cute! I really like the pocket detail, esp the contrast in the lining. And I totally agree with your philosophy. I think a lot of times people forget the importance of cutting a pattern out in muslin first…

What a gorgeous photo and this dress looks flawless! So, which came first the stencil or the pattern? Like the blue-ness jumped on to the fabric or visa versa. I love the milky quality of the first photo and then the photo of the detail which still retains that hint of softness but shows the pocket details. Really pretty.
