The best way to get away with a short skirt is to elasticate the bottom, that way it will never rise too high! I bought the fabric as an off cut from the Trelise Cooper fabric and pretty things shop in Parnell. Got it home to realize it was a long strip of fabric… so every inch went into this tiny skirt.
