Burda Style For people who sew
Description
This was drafted and created for a design contest for which I was a finalist. Five designers were chosen to have their looks be part of a masquerade ball new year’s eve runway show in Minneapolis. The mask was also part of the design. I posted a how to paint fabric video that you can watch – I used this technique to paint the kimono.
Material Notes
Silk dupioni and polyester lining. Silk is hand painted by me, I also hand painted the mask in acrylic and glitter.
