These are pants I made for my sister. If you like them, clap your hands.
Printed cotton with some lycra, probably about 7%.
This pattern really only needs about a yard or 1.25 yards to make the full pants. I had less than that and made these capris just fine and I only needed a quarter-yard of the white waistband fabric.
