Description
The German blogosphere is crazy about sewing onesies since Roswitha aka Schnabelina introduced a great, free onesie pattern called Regenbogenbody (rainbow onesie). She shared the pattern for free but sewers were asked to upload pictures of their creations on her website. Schnabelina wanted to get 365 pictures within a year. There was 365 uploaded onesies within a few weeks!
I’m not surprised everyone is crazy about this pattern. There are reasons for that:
- it’s very well drafted
- comes in sizes from 46 -110 cm (preemie to 4 years)
- there are multiple neckline and sleeve variations
- and a step by step video tutorial (in German, but you can realy see what she is doing)
My onesie is made of recycled leggings and it took me half an hour to sew it. It’s size 68.
