London, United K...
I found this amazing tie-die fabric on the latest sewing meet up in London, and fell in love! But was a little worried that it was an odd choice! I decided to make a Hawthorn from Colette patterns out of it. I thought that the ‘edgy’ fabric might look interesting against the ‘cuteness’ of the shirt dress. I love the result! I also ended up shortening the skirt a lot which I think goes with the style and fabric. The semi circle skirt also produces super cute chevrons on the skirt side seams. I’m really happy with the outcome :)
