I was drawn to the design on this soft jersey/viscose dress in a thrift shop, and just knew it had the potential to be something lovely.
After removing the sleeves, taking in the sides and drastically changing the neckline, I now love the whole look of my new dress. And it only cost $4!
With a thrifted red belt to match, it’s such a comfy, cute and cheap outfit that I can’t stop wearing!

Love it! I keep seeing dresses where I like the fabric but hate the cut and never know how to go about changing them. This looks so easy though – thanks for posting!

What a great remake! The fabric was too good not to be selvedged into something right? Lovely job, you’ve done here! So darling and the belt just really completes the whole thing!
