A gift for my friend´s baby boy. It is based on a Burda pattern but altered quite a lot. The idea of anteaters came from a BBC document about insects and insectivores :-).
Techniques used: machine embroidery, appliqué. The anteater heads on the jacket form upper edges of the pockets (the openings are on the side seams). I asked my son to make a model. He is definitely bigger than 68 cm but the clothes are still huge for him, so I suppose that the baby will wear them in the autumn instead of spring.

Oh, my…pretty child and fortunate friend. Would not have seen this without noting your comment! You are quite proficient at sewing in addition to your legal work & music! I adore this-so well made.
