Here’s the (almost) finished wedding quilt top my mom and I made for my brother. It just needs two of the basted appliques stitched down and then maybe a border, but I’m not sure I’ll be able to get photos after those stages are complete. Since I’m so used to making clothes, it was good to exercise a different part of the brain to design this (and find blocks others had designed) and put it together. Very fun to do it tag team with my mom, too. It wouldn’t be nearly the same without her intricate appliqued Baltimore Album blocks. I hope the recipients like it!
You can read more about the process that went into making it on my blog.
