The original is by an austrian designer called Lena Hoschek
I fell in love with this skirt from the first seconds.
I couldn’t think of anything else till it was finished.
And I am not the only one who sewed it.
All necessary constructions and calculations can be found on my blog
I am afraid they are only available in German, but you might understand it anyway.
Here’s the tutorial about the sewing process
I also made a tutorial about making ruffles on a easy and quick way.
