This was my initial experiment in drafting a Peter Pan collar. I used some brown plaid cotton flannel, bought from Fabric Mart for a song, and coordinating dark green for the collar and fabric-covered buttons. Since I layer a lot in the winter, I opted for a simple sleeveless little dress using the bodice from Colette’s Peony Dress and the skirt from Simplicity 2180. It was…a total success. I love this dress! It feels like I’m wearing pajamas and the collar turned out wonderfully.
